There is no VIN number and is not registered.

This one of a kind Zoomer has been shipped directly from Tokyo-Parts to be out on display at the 2009 SEMA show in Las Vegas. Hand crafted by Sekizawa-san himself, this Zoomer is the canvas we have dreamed our bike would one day turn into. The style, creativity and over all imagination that has gone into building this bike is incredible. This man is the pioneer of the scooter movement in Japan and is a legend to the ruckus/zoomer community world wide. The movement has just begun.
